NBIA Disorders Association has been working since 1996 to raise money for research, public awareness campaigns, and to provide support to affected individuals and families. 100% of the net proceeds from family fundraisers go directly to the research fund and all employees are unpaid volunteers. For every $50,000, the association can sponsor a year of medical research which can ultimately lead to a larger grant by the NIH and the discovery of a cure and future prevention.
